USF is at its first stage of getting in contact, in order to intervene in the development and planning of Rosario, 3rd Argentinean city. This city is located in a strategic area in the Northern part of the country and keeps attracting migrants coming from the North as well as from other neighbouring countries. The newcomers can find a makeshift shelter in the “Villas Miserias”, the Argentinean slums. USF will take part to the town planning of Rosario with a Northern regional development approach.
