USF has started being actively involved in the implementation of an Urban Observatory for Senegal’s cities and their sustainable development. Such project concerning the creation of a collective reflection tool was initiated and coordinated by the USF representative.
A meeting will be setup in Dakar with French and Senegalese’s partners in order to study and evaluate the administrative and technical organisation form of this observatory.
